GO PANTHERS! 🐾

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year at Heber Springs Schools!
We are excited to have our students, teachers, staff, and families back on campus and ready for another great year. A new school year means new opportunities, new goals, new memories, and the same Panther Pride!
Let’s make 2026–2027 a year to remember!
Welcome Back to School!
Go Panthers!

As we begin the new school year, please remember that Panther Alley is ONE WAY at all times.
ENTER Panther Alley from W. Pine Street
Travel ONE WAY through campus
EXIT onto W. Front Street next to the Elementary School
Please also be aware that the parking lot now features angled parking spaces designed to improve traffic flow. Drivers should follow the direction of the spaces and avoid traveling against the designated traffic pattern.
We ask everyone to use extra caution during morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up, when traffic and pedestrian activity are at their highest.
Thank you to our parents, students, staff, and visitors for doing your part to keep everyone safe!
ONE WAY. ONE DIRECTION. ONE SAFE CAMPUS.
Go Panthers!

Beginning today, July 16, 2026, Panther Alley will be closed as crews begin a repaving project. The closure will remain in effect until the project is completed. Barricades will be placed at the Pine Street entrance and the Front Street exit to ensure the safety of students, staff, and construction crews. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to improve our campus. Please plan alternate routes during this time. Thank you for your cooperation!

Today, we celebrate not only the birth of our nation, but a historic milestone—America's 250th Birthday! For 250 years, our country has been built on the ideals of freedom, courage, opportunity, and service.
As we gather with family and friends this Fourth of July, we are grateful for those who have sacrificed to protect our freedoms and for the communities that continue to make America strong.
From all of us at Heber Springs Schools, we wish our students, families, staff, alumni, and the entire Panther Nation a safe, joyful, and patriotic Independence Day.
Happy 250th Birthday, America! 🇺🇸🎆

🎓 Coming to Heber Springs High School! 🎓
Heber Springs High School, in partnership with the Cleburne County Cooperative Extension Service, will be hosting a Career Fair for our juniors and seniors on May 4, 2026!
This is an incredible opportunity for our students to explore real world career paths, connect with professionals, and discover the many opportunities available to them after graduation. From local industries to specialized fields, students will gain valuable insight to help shape their future.

From Your Heber Springs School Nurses
As we begin the month of March, we are experiencing a late flu season while seasonal allergies are also increasing across our community.
We encourage everyone to remain vigilant during this time. If you or your student struggle with seasonal allergies, please stay consistent with prescribed allergy medications. Managing symptoms early can help prevent complications and help students feel their best each day.
We also want to remind everyone of the importance of simple prevention habits:
Wash hands frequently with soap and water
Cover coughs and sneezes
Stay home if you are experiencing flu-like symptoms
Avoid sharing personal water bottles or drinks
These small but important steps help protect not only your family, but our entire Greater Panther Family.
The health and well-being of our students and staff remains our highest priority. Thank you for partnering with us to keep our schools healthy and strong.
